Magnesium
Every person should consume about 300 to 350 milligrams of magnesium daily. This amount is contained, for example, in 554 grams of wholemeal bread, 220 grams of oatmeal or 80 grams of sunflower seeds.

- Drink two litres of mineral water throughout the day. On the one hand, all mineral water contains magnesium; on the other hand, the liquid itself is a decisive motor for muscle activity, concentration, stress tolerance and good blood circulation in the skin.
Among meat products, poultry and liver are ideal sources of magnesium.
