Schnitzler syndrome

Schnitzler syndrome is characterized by chronic, nonpruritic urticaria in association with recurrent fever, bone pain, arthralgia or arthritis, and a monoclonal gammopathy. There is no specific test for Schnitzler syndrome and clinicians must maintain a high index of suspicion in patients with chronic urticaria and an IgM monoclonal protein in their serum.
