The Covid 19 pandemic affects us all. The UZR was completely closed for about 6 weeks from March to May. We are trying to keep the UZR operating under these difficult conditions. We ask for your understanding that inquiries by phone or email can be difficult.

We also ask patients without the above-mentioned complaints, who have been in an affected region this year, to postpone their appointment by 3 weeks, also by email or telephone. The same applies to all persons who had contact (longer than 15 minutes, distance less than 1.5 m) with a confirmed case.

Please come to the appointment on time, alone and with a mouth guard. Accompanying persons should not enter the practice.

We ask all patients who have subsequent complaints not to come to the practice but to inform us by telephone or email or to cancel the appointment.

Possible complaints:

Symptoms of an acute respiratory disease (e.g. cough, sore throat, shortness of breath)

Fever (over 38 degrees Celsius)

within the last 14 days before the onset of symptoms Travel or stay in the affected region

had close contact with such a person or a laboratory-confirmed case

(close contact = contact of < 1.5 metres and for > 15 minutes, living in the same household, nursing or direct contact with respiratory secretions or body fluids without personal protection measures).
